Real Estate Valuation \u2013 Our services<\/h2>\n

Our team specializes in the valuation of individual properties and property portfolios of various types of use (such as residential, office, retail, hotel, logistics, light industrial, and special properties). In this context, we offer valuations for undeveloped and developed land, leaseholds and other rights \/ encumbrances.<\/p>\n

Our valuation is based on the recognized rules of valuation in Germany (according to \u00a7 194 BauGB \/ ImmoWertV 2021). Valuations according to international valuation methods, such as discounted cash flow method or investment method, are also possible.<\/p>\n

Careful and comprehensive market research, a solid understanding of the market, and real estate-specific expertise form the basis of our valuations. As a principle, the real estate appraisals can be done in German and English.<\/p>\n

The expertise in our company can be proven by membership in high-entry barrier associations, such as the \u201cRoyal Institution of Chartered Surveyors\u201d, as well as through individual certifications according to DIN EN ISO\/IEC 17024.<\/p>\n

DIN EN ISO\/IEC 17024 is the Europe-wide recognized system of individual certification. In this system, applicants must demonstrate their professional and personal qualifications to an accredited certification body, usually through proof of education, work samples and exams. If certified, the certification body will regularly monitor the expert, ensuring that the competency and knowledge is up-to-date in accordance with DIN EN ISO\/IEC 17024.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the internationally recognized “Chartered Surveyor” of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is highly respected. Founded in the UK, RICS received its royal charter in 1881 and is the world’s leading professional body for property professionals. To become a Chartered Surveyor, an individual must pass the required qualifications and final assessment. Qualified members hold the professional titles MRICS (Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or FRICS (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).<\/p>\n
