Maximilian Zöller

Experience
Maximilian Zöller has several years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Until August 2019, he was employed at Goldman Sachs. His focus was on the acquisition of properties and real estate portfolios in Germany as well as the management of properties in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he worked at Deka Immobilien for several years in fund management and real estate valuation. During his time at Goldman Sachs and Deka, he accompanied transactions / development projects in Europe with a total volume of approximately 1.0 billion EUR. During his time in real estate valuation, the appraisals of numerous properties in Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands fell within his area of responsibility.
Since the winter semester 2019/20, Mr. Zöller holds a lectureship in the field of real estate valuation at the Technical University of Aschaffenburg.

Wahid Hossaini

Experience
Wahid Hossaini has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry, including fund management, asset management and real estate valuation. He has experience in both commercial properties (office, retail and logistics) and residential properties. Before joining BlueHill, he worked at Deka Immobilien for several years in fund management (including the Deka-ImmobilienGlobal and various umbrella funds) and real estate valuation. His responsibilities included various jurisdictions such as Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Canada, USA, Asia and Pacific. He managed a real estate portfolio worth over 2.5 billion EUR. After studying engineering and business administration (M.Sc.) at TU Darmstadt, he completed his MBA in International Real Estate Management at Westminster University in London and the Academy of Higher Education in Biberach. He is also a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He also holds teaching positions in the areas of real estate investments / real estate economics at IU International University in Frankfurt.

Marvin Reichert

Experience
Marvin Reichert was employed at Goldman Sachs until August 2019. His focus was on the acquisition and management of individual properties, property portfolios and investments in real estate companies in Germany and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was active in asset management at Tishman Speyer, known for developing properties such as MesseTurm, OpernTurm, TaunusTurm and OMNITURM in Frankfurt. He also supported the acquisition & development department. During his several years in the real estate industry, he has been involved in transactions with a total volume of more than 1.0 billion EUR. He also worked for a period of time at Deutsche Bank and Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity) – an international private equity company.

Florian Lang

Experience
Florian Lang has ten years of professional experience in the real estate industry. After completing his master’s degree in Civil Engineering in Darmstadt, he was employed at Apleona Real Estate GmbH until January 2023. His focus was on the comprehensive technical management of commercial (office, retail, logistics) and residential properties with a total of around 200,000 sqm of rental space. In addition to the operational business, he was responsible for major investment measures and tenant improvements. Before moving to the operational area, he was primarily responsible for the implementation of new real estate portfolios in Germany and was the first point of contact for customers and departments. He also identified, designed and optimized all operational processes for asset and property management throughout Germany.

Lara Kuttruf
Consultant
Experience
Lara Kuttruf began her work as a consultant in the field of valuation and investment for BlueHill Estate Group after completing her master’s degree. Prior to that, she had been working as a freelancer for the company for about two years.
During her bachelor’s degree, she gained professional experience as an intern at BEOS AG in the field of project development and asset management. After that, she worked for a year as a working student at Investa Real Estate in the field of capital management, primarily supporting portfolio management and acquisition.
Ms. Kuttruf completed a bachelor’s degree in International Real Estate Management (B.A.) at the Technical University of Aschaffenburg. During her bachelor’s degree, she completed an abroad semester at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) and received the award for “best study abroad” with an average grade of 1.0. She then completed a master’s degree in Business and Law with a focus on Finance (M.Sc.) also at the Technical University of Aschaffenburg.

Katharina Kremer
Property Manager
Experience
Katharina Kremer has several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, particularly in condominium and rental management. She previously worked in property management for an owner-operated real estate company in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in the comprehensive management of condominium, rental, and commercial properties. Additionally, she focused on optimizing internal company processes, such as the digitalization of administration and the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning and management software.
Ms. Kremer completed vocational training in commercial information processing and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Gießen.

Katharina Fuchs
Property Manager
Experience
Katharina Fuchs brings extensive expertise in both commercial and technical operations, particularly in condominium and rental management. Before joining BlueHill Real Estate Management GmbH, she worked for 8 years as a property manager and executive assistant at an owner-operated company in Frankfurt. There, she independently managed and supported property owners and tenants, ensuring the efficient handling of all technical and commercial processes.

Previously, as part of his studies, he worked in damage and project management at an owner-operated engineering firm in Darmstadt.
